LinksOriginally opening in 1995 at 12b Meeting House Lane, Brighton, “The Lanes Deli and Pasta Shop” has been through many changes. It has always sold its homemade pasta sauces yet had limited stock. The sauces ranged from four to six different kinds and prices started from £1.70 to £2.00. Over the years, “The Pasta Shop” has become an established Italian Delicatessen selling authentic Italian goods ranging from olive oils, balsamic vinegars, anti-pasti, breads, biscuits and one of the largest ranges of pastas in Brighton from De Cecco to Barilla as well as offering an expanded range of twelve different homemade pasta sauces to takeaway hot or cold. In 2005, we moved from around the corner to 12 Brighton Square (where we are still to this day) and after the new ownership of Barry Cotton and Tim Maugherman in June 2007, we have a fantastic new look and new name: Maugherman’s Deli. Now better than ever, we hold an even larger range of Italian goods and are expanding week to week on what we sell. So come in and check out our vast exciting range of Italian produce from the long running Italian deli. Hope to see you soon! |
